I put 4 stars with the rates and fees as it would be nice if a bond clean was cheaper, plus on the day the cleaners told us there is a fee if there is a 3rd door/mirror door to any cupboards. We were happy with the way we were assisted. The fee was very reasonable compared to what other companies charge. The real estate tried to get money from us with regards to the rangehood but because the cleaners took a photo of it the real estate had to remove that from the bond report which saved us our hard-earned money. Within hours we received an SMS and email with the photos from the bond clean. The cleaners took photos of any issues in the unit and of the areas they cleaned. In the Real Estate inspection, the cleaners were not required back. We had a window of 2 hours that the cleaners would arrive, and they started right on time. For our property they used contractors, and the contractors had 23 years of experience with bond cleans.
